YUEN CHAU MO
         

•Mr. MO, Yuen Chau (巫遠周) is an accomplished Managing Director/Sole Proprietor with over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry.  He is registered Authorized Signatory of the Buildings Department of the HKSAR. 

•He currently leads Wo Ming Engineering Limited, where he is responsible for the company's strategic direction, vision, and overall management. Mr. MO holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tongji University (previous name: Shanghai Railway Institute), which has equipped him with a deep understanding of construction management, structural design, and calculations. 
•Prior to his current role, Mr. MO served as a Structural Engineer at Greg Wong & Associates Limited, where he designed and supervised the construction of building structures. He was also an In-charge Engineer in the Construction Technical Division at China Railway, where he was responsible for the construction and site operations of the Daqin Railway Project. 
•Overall, Mr. MO's extensive experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to any organization in the engineering industry.

Professional Team -- Principal Consultant

DR SIDNEY CHAN

•More than 30 years working experience in real estate asset operation and  real estate related funds. 
•Worked in Hong Kong Chong Hing Bank (HKEx:1111) as General Manager of Asset Management Department, responsible for coordinating, operating, marketing, leasing and handling all properties recovered by banks in Hong Kong and in the mainland China, and in asset risk management, project investment, negotiation, financial risk analysis. 
•Worked in China Resources Group as Real Estate Fund Vice President, responsible for asset operation in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, China, regional investment and financing mergers and acquisitions, project evaluation, land investment development, and investment risk aversion; participated in the initiation and collection of two major funds-China Resources China  Real Estate Fund (amount: USD 400 million), and China Resources China Retail Development Fund a fund (amount: USD 500 million).  
•At present Dr Chan is working in a number of renowned enterprises as strategic investment advisers and consultants, covering the area of residential, commercial, industrial, literary travel, leasing, and so on. 
•Dr Chan got his PhD in University of Hong Kong (real estate finance and investment) and Bachelor of Law in Peking University.

Nelson Tam, who recently joined the company, has been working in the construction industry for over thirty years. He has experiences in construction management for a variety of building types, including high rise residential buildings, residential buildings in confined sites, low rise luxury residential buildings, basement structures, housing estates, hospital extension, hotel new building and renovation, schools, university, and large scale LCSD open spaces (leisure parks). He aims to deliver good services and quality buildings to our clients.

Vasco Wong, who recently joined the company. A Bachelor Degree Holder of Construction Project Management with over 10 years of working experiences in Main Contractor and Management Contractor of Building Construction Project. Career for construction industry started at year 2014 as an Assistant Site Coordination and developed in Project Management up to present day. He has experiences in construction management for Sai Kung Hotel Development, HKU Student Residences and Health Centre & Social Welfare Facilities Building(ASD Project).

Professional Team – Quantity Surveyor  Manager

Tony YEUNG, who is employed as Quantity Surveyor  Manager in Wo Ming Engineering Limited. Mainly handled different kind of construction works, and clients such as Government (ASD. Housing  Department ) private developers, term contracts etc, the role of works includes payment application, valuation of variation, final account, estimation, subletting etc.
